Do you provide the alcohol?
No — you provide the alcohol of your choice and we handle everything else. This keeps costs flexible and ensures you get exactly what you want served at your event. We’ll guide you on quantities during our consultation.
How far in advance should I book?
We require a minimum of 14 days between your inquiry and your event date. For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 2–6 months in advance to secure your date.
Do you travel outside of Portland?
Yes! We are based in Portland, OR and are willing to travel for events. Travel fees may apply depending on distance. Contact us to discuss your location.
Are your bartenders certified and insured?
Yes. All Kanpai Kocktails bartenders are OLCC-certified and we carry full liability insurance for every event.
What types of events do you serve?
We serve weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, bridal showers, private dinners, and more. If you’re celebrating something, we’d love to be a part of it.
Can we customize the cocktail menu?
Absolutely. We offer a signature menu of Asian-inspired cocktails and can also work with you to create a fully custom menu that matches your theme, flavor preferences, or event vibe.
